The College of Europe is seeking applications for the position of one full-time Research Fellow, covering thesouthern dimension of the European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP), with an expected starting date of 1 September 2016 or earlier. Tirana International Model UN is the only and largest Model UN conference in Albania . It is a platform is organized twice in a year , Mini Conference in November and Large Conference in end of April . The conference theme for this year is  “Peace and Security for all” . The team is composed by Albanians, Kosovo, Macedonians , Bosnians and Montenegrin , in order to have the most diplomatic experience ever.

This year Tirana International Model UN will host 8 Committees and will be held between 28 April – 1 May 2016 at beautiful capital of Albania, Tirana . The committees which are going to be part of TIR MUN

Scholarships versus grants

The term '"scholarship"' is sometimes used to describe any financial aid given to a student that does not have to be repaid. However, more precisely, and universally among college financial aid offices, scholarships and grants are quite different.
A scholarship is given to a student because of a reason: the student has qualified for or won it by academic, artistic or athletic ability, or by agreeing to follow a particular career, or has some special ethnic or other characteristic. Scholarships are not given for financial need alone.

GYLTLC aims to bring student leaders worldwide, through engaging activities, to enhance their abilities in cross-cultural interaction and cooperation, which will further equip them to be effective leaders. In addition, participants will be able to understand more about Singapore – a multiracial, multilingual and multicultural society from various perspectives. Nevertheless, what they will learn here may not only be unique to Singapore, but also applicable to their home countries as well as the increasingly interconnected and interdependent world.

There are many alternatives! “Alternative Economic and Monetary Systems” (AEMS) is an academic Summer School that offers a new approach: An evaluation of economic alternatives that considers natural boundaries and the human factor to be equal parts of the equation. Our goal: To help solve some of societies’ problems by presenting viable alternatives to processes and developments that are putting enormous strains on economic, ecologic and social boundaries.
AEMS offers room for critical thinking and the possibility to openly discuss and deconstruct ideas and concepts with distinguished experts from various scientific fields. The participants will be able to move beyond the widespread limitation of higher education that lacks extensive exchange between scientific disciplines.
