Students who have been students of schools selected in this project tell Top Cannel how they used them for a while and don’t know where they ended up.

-Have you been part of digital classes?
"Yes, in the first year we did a few hours in a digital classroom, in the second and third year we didn't. In the beginning, they were more like tutorials, to learn how the devices or the interactive whiteboard worked, and we asked for our personal account, then we did a few computer classes and that's it. "
“I was a high school student from 2013-2016 at the Gramoz Palishi Gymnasium. At that time, we were informed by the school principal that a technology class with tablets would be returned, but by the end of the school year we had never seen these tablets, we only knew that it was a class specifically for him in which he was not allowed to enter.
Top Channel asked the Ministry of Education where these tablets are currently located and why they have not come to the aid of the emergency situation of covid 19, where the schools have been closed but the teaching continues online through social networks, Facebook or whats app.
The Ministry of Education has not responded. But on the other hand, the former Minister of Education, Myqerem Tafaj estimates that if these tablets were functional, they would be very valuable in this pandemic crisis that has included education.
"We are in such a situation, I would say unprepared. Today’s form of teaching I would say is an almost spontaneous solution. Everyone has looked for a way to solve it, someone uses whats viber, teachers who are more agile use classroom. Why? Because we don’t have a domain, we don’t have a digital education education platform to be used for distance learning. And of course, if the students had a tablet, it would be the most ideal possible solution. "

Një garë e fortë nisi në 2014 mes kompanive elektronike për fitimin e tenderit, e ku pas morive të skualifikimeve dhe ankesave u kontraktua ofertuesi me vlerën rreth 330 mln lekë pa tvsh. Ndersa nje vit më pas tenderin e dytë për tekstet digjitale te klasave të dhjeta e fitoi një tjetër kompani, një shtëpi botuese.
Rreth 6000 tableta do të ishin në funksion të 47 mijê nxënësve, ndërsa qeveria parashikoi që brenda 3 viteve, deri në 2018 kjo metodë mësimdhënie do të shtrihej në çdo gjimnaz.Studentët qe kanë qenë nxënësit e shkollave te përzgjedhura në këtë projekt tregojnë për Top Cannel se si i kanë përdorur ato për pak kohë dhe nuk e dinë ku kanë përfunduar.
“Kam qene nxenes i “Petro Nini Luaras-it” nga viti 2016 deri ne 2019 kur mbarova maturën”.
-A ke qene pjese e klasave digjitale?
“Po, ne vitin e parë bëmë disa orë në një klasë digjitale, në vitin e dytë dhe të tretë jo. Në fillim më shumë ishin si tutoriale, të mësonim si funksiononin pajisjet ose tabela interaktive edhe kërkuam accountin tone personal , më pas bëmë disa orë informatike dhe kaq”.
“Kam qenë gjimnaziste nga 2013-2016 pranë gjimnazit Gramoz Palishi. Asokohe na u njoftua nga drejtori i shkollës që do kthehej një klasë teknologjike me tableta por deri në përfundim të vitit shkollor nuk i pamë asnjëherë këto tableta, dinim vetëm që ishte një klasë posaçërisht për të në të cilën nuk lejohej të hyje”.
Top Channel pyeti ministrinë e arsimit se ku ndodhet aktualisht këto tableta dhe pse nuk i kanë ardhur në ndihmë situatës emergjente prej covid 19, ku shkollat janë mbyllur por mësimi vijon online përmes rrjeteve sociale, Facebook apo whats app.
Ministria e arsimit nuk ështe përgjigjur. Por nga ana tjetër ish ministri i arsimit, Myqerem Tafaj vlerëson se nëse këto tableta do të ishin funksionale do të ishin shumë të vlefshme në këtë krizë pandemie që ka perfshirë dhe arsimin.
“U gjendëm në një situatë të tillë, do thoja unë të papërgatitur. Forma e sotme e mësimdhënies do të thoja unë është një zgjidhje afërsisht spontane . Secili ka kërkuar një rrugë për ta zgjidhur, dikush përdor whats viber, mësuesit që janë më të shkathët përdorin classroom . Pse? Sepse ne nuk kemi një domain , nuk kemi një platformë digjitale të edukimit të arsimit që të përdorej për mësimin në distancë. Dhe natyrisht nëse nxënësit do të kishin një tabletë, do të ishte zgjidhja më ideale e mundshme”.
